Purlin
Purlines can be square pipe (60 mmx40mmx3mm) or C-shaped steel (100mmx50mmx20mmx3mm) or corrosion-resistant wood beam (60x40mm). The purline spacing is 700mm arranged from bottom to top.
- keep 180mm from center of top ridge line. it helps installation of top ridge.
- Keep 50-70mm from bottom purlin to Drain board. it helps fasten installation.
Main Tile
- Overlap by one wave and every sheet should be assembled as close as possible to the one overlapped.
- Cut the first sheet of second row in half to avoid the crossover of four sheets in the overlap.
Top Ridge
Install ridge unit from one side and cut the first tile in half to avoid the crossover of four sheets on the overlap.
Diagonal Ridge
Install diagonal ridge tile from bottom to top with a overlap of 50mm . Align the diagonal ridge in a straight line.
Three-way Ridge
A 3-way ridge is used as the joining element between the liner ridge and the diagonal ridge for four slope roof.
Terminal Ridge
After finishing the assembling of diagonal ridge , insert the terminal diagonal ridge and be fixed.
Front Drain Board
The Drain board tile is supplied only for choice. insert the Drain board tile into the bottom of main tile and be fixed.
