Purlines can be square pipe (60 mmx40mmx3mm) or C-shaped steel (100mmx50mmx20mmx3mm) or corrosion-resistant wood beam (60x40mm). The purline spacing is 700mm arranged from bottom to top.
keep 180mm from center of top ridge line. it helps installation of top ridge.
Keep 50-70mm from bottom purlin to Drain board. it helps fasten installation.
Main Tile
Overlap by one wave and every sheet should be assembled as close as possible to the one overlapped.
Cut the first sheet of second row in half to avoid the crossover of four sheets in the overlap.
Top Ridge
Install ridge unit from one side and cut the first tile in half to avoid the crossover of four sheets on the overlap.
